Why Invest in Leveling & Floor Prep?
Leveling is a crucial step for creating a sturdy and visually pleasing foundation. An uneven surface can lead to problems down the line, like warping, cracking, or uneven wear on materials placed on top. Luckily, achieving a smooth and even surface is possible! Depending on the project, techniques like pouring self-leveling compound or using shims and fillers can be employed to rectify dips and bumps. By ensuring a level base, you're setting the stage for a successful and long-lasting floor.
How It Works
Precision is essential for leveling a foundation. Our process begins with an on-site visit from one of our trained estimators, who uses industry-leading LEICA laser measuring tools to create a detailed site map. This meticulous approach allows us to determine the exact materials needed and identify the most efficient leveling techniques for the job at hand.
Our installers are equipped with state-of-the-art pouring equipment, capable of handling jobs from 500 to 100,000 square feet. On the day of the pour, our team uses lasers and floor anchor tools to mark off heights, ensuring a seamless and efficient pour. This method helps us complete the job in a shorter time frame while maintaining high-quality results.
